Foxhall at Fifty
The Foxhall International Raceway at Ipswich celebrated its 50th Anniversary on Saturday October 16 with a very special meeting indeed, fifty years to the day since Stock Cars first took to the track here with a special guest being Denis Hayman who was racing that day.

Fieldwork – The Lyndale Engines story
You see their name on more short track race cars than you can shake a stick at – and the results seem to speak for themselves. Paul Huggett talks to John Field, the man behind the name.

Faldingworth Frolics!
(Fastest Man on Grass 2004)
When the Sturton & Stow Autograss club lost its much envied track at the Lincolnshire Showgrounds, it was a blow to dirt racers and fans in an area that has always had a big following for that branch of short oval racing. However, hard work by the club’s long serving officials, including old friend of ‘SC’ Sandra Williams, got the club a new track, just a few miles from the Showground, at Faldingworth, on an old airfield site, and still having some great racing soil underneath the grass!

Sayell’s Talk
When Rob Sayell joined Grand Prix Midgets in 1998 his aim was to follow in his father Harry’s footsteps and ultimately to beat him on track; but Harry left the formula sooner than expected in 1999 and in 2000 went into Superstox, so Rob had to be content with emulating his father’s success in the Midget formula, which of course he has done.
