The early Short Circuit’s were often full of typographical errors, but one was a ‘howler’, brought the house down and made it onto national television via the very popular magazine and consumer rights show on Sunday evenings ‘Thats Life’ in the 1980’s.
It was on page 14 of the November 1980 issue and the advert for the Mick Collard fan club. To join you had to ‘send £2 to the Mick Collard fan club enclosing a stamped addressed elephant’. ‘Classic’.
