Description

The January/February combined issue (the only one in 1999) main feature was about Incarace, and their involvement with the the Grand National Coupes, and the Legends plus how the first year of their new management structure has gone, plus their plans for the future. The centre page section features a full A3 picture of Frankie Wainman’s BriSCA F1 Stock Car.

The Belleville Midget Nationals held over from the December issue also features, plus a NASCAR season review from 1998. Chris Jacklin talked to Stock Rodder Richard Clarke, who competes very effectively despite his handicap of part of a leg missing – he says what handicap! Some superb action shots that we were unable to bring you during 1998 will be in this issue, together with lots of news about the forthcoming race season. Regular Columnists will again provide their usual input on a wide variety of subjects, such as, Pete Tucker and John Hyam.

News items will cover all the November racing including a feature on the Best in Britain from Wimbledon Stadium, and the Thunder 500 David Haird benefit meeting from Ipswich. The popular Scenes from the Past feature Tony Tebboth in his early Mini Hot Rod days, along with some other classic shots.
