Tributes For Two Much Respected Midget Drivers

Humpy Bumper gets Crash Tested
An energy absorbing front bumper designed for NASCAR style stock cars got a crash test in front of the motorsports media at Charlotte Motor Speedway on August 28. The bumper designed by Lew Composites of Las Vegas with help from the University of Dayton Research Institute was the brainchild of speedway president H.A. ‘Humpy’ Wheeler.
