Spedeworth is Coming Home!
On a cold and blustery day in early March I was given the privilege of a sneak preview of the new race track being constructed near Aldershot. Together with NHRPA Racing Director Graham Brown, I met up with Spedeworth owner Deane Wood for a guided tour of the site which has been chosen for what is going to be the newest short oval track in the UK. Five Car Track!
Paul Huggett visits Mackenzie Racing one of the most enthusiastic and organized family teams in Autograss. They love it!
The Fenlands of Cambridgeshire may be short of population, but those windswept flatlands have for many years had a relatively high percentage of oval racing folk. It’s an area where BriSCA and Spedeworth racers cross paths, there were lots of independent racers who still mourn the loss of the track at Alwalton, Peterborough, and with three local clubs and easy communications these days via the A14, Autograss competitors have a wide choice of events all over the country.
Barry for President as Midgets Look to the Future

Cleethorpes Remembered
